Use light Hadokens at mid-range to recover faster, making it much harder for Cammy to punish you with Axel Spin Knuckle.
- 0
Keep a constant watch for Cammy's divekick and be ready to anti-air with a heavy Shoryuken or a crouching heavy punch.
- 0
Utilize standing medium punch as a reliable poke to stop Cammy's forward movement and disrupt her pressure strings.
- 0
Be extremely careful with fireball usage when Cammy has Level 3 Super meter available, as she can react and punish you from nearly half-screen.
- 0
Use Drive Parry against Cammy's Hooligan Combination follow-ups to mitigate mixup potential and preserve your Drive Gauge.
- 0
Crouching medium kick buffered into Hadoken is effective for keeping Cammy away, but watch for her using Drive Impact to blow through the fireball.
- 0
Use Hashogeki to create space and push Cammy back if she manages to get into her ideal close-range pressure distance.
- 0
Focus on cornering Cammy, as her defensive options are less effective when she cannot use her mobility to escape Ryu's heavy pressure.
