Use Axel Spin Knuckle to pass through Ryu's Hadokens, but ensure you are at the correct distance to avoid being punished upon recovery.
- 0
Vary the timing and height of Cannon Strike to make it difficult for Ryu to time his Shoryuken anti-airs effectively.
- 0
Maintain a mid-range distance where you can react to Ryu's jump-ins with a quick Cannon Spike to keep him grounded.
- 0
Utilize Cammy's fast walk speed to shimmy Ryu near the corner, baiting out his throw or an invincible Shoryuken.
- 0
Be cautious when using Hooligan Combination, as Ryu can easily knock Cammy out of the air with a standing heavy punch or Shoryuken if he reads the approach.
- 0
Use Spiral Arrow to punish Ryu if he whiffs a mid-range poke or throws a poorly timed fireball.
- 0
Save Level 3 Super Art to react to Ryu's fireball animations, as it can travel through the projectile for a guaranteed punish from mid-screen.

Pressure Ryu with standing medium punch to check his attempts to start his own offense or use Drive Impact.
