Use Gladius to armor through Bison's Knee Press or Psycho Crusher, allowing you to trade favorably or punish his forward momentum.
- 0
Scutum is an excellent tool to stop Bison's multi-hit aerial attacks, but be ready to transition into a counter-attack if he lands close.
- 0
Anticipate Bison's Shadow Rise and use your heavy anti-airs to knock him out of the air before he can initiate his follow-up mixups.
- 0
If Bison successfully plants a Psycho Mine, avoid using long-duration armored moves, as the explosion can trigger and leave you vulnerable.
- 0
Use Phalanx to leap over Bison's low pokes and Psycho Crusher, putting him in a defensive position and closing the gap safely.
- 0
Bison lacks a traditional invincible reversal without Super Meter, so pressure him relentlessly with charged heavy buttons once you secure a knockdown.
- 0
Watch for Bison's teleport attempts; Marisa's wide-swinging normals can often catch his recovery if he tries to reposition behind you.
- 0
Keep an eye on Bison's Drive Gauge, as his heavy reliance on Drive Rush makes him susceptible to Burnout where your guard break pressure is most effective.
