Use your standing Light and Medium flicker punches to check Honda's Sumo Headbutt attempts before they reach full speed.
- 0
Keep Psycho Spark active on the field to create a barrier that Honda must respect, limiting his ability to Drive Rush in.
- 0
Always be ready with Psycho Upper or a Rising Ghost to anti-air Honda's Sumo Smash, as letting him land for free leads to dangerous mixups.
- 0
Back-dash or jump immediately if you suspect Honda will follow up a blocked move with an Oicho Throw command grab.
- 0
Use Psycho Shoot to force Honda to parry, then use the opportunity to close in and apply your own pressure with flicker strings.
- 0
Be careful with Psycho Knuckle, as Honda can easily react with a Sumo Headbutt or his Level 3 Super Art to blow through the charge-up.
- 0
If Honda uses Hundred Hand Slap without his Sumo Spirit buff, look to take your turn back immediately with fast light attacks.
- 0
Maintain your distance and manage your Drive Gauge carefully, as Honda's high-damage combos can quickly lead to a Burnout state.
