Vary the timing of your Kachousen fan tosses to disrupt Luke's rhythm and prevent him from timing his Sand Blast to trade favorably.

Use Shiranui Ryuubushin to alter your air path, which can bait Luke into whiffing a Rising Uppercut and leave him open for a heavy punish.

Mai's slide attack is useful for traveling under Luke's Sand Blast if he is throwing them from a predictable distance.

Incorporate Musasabi no Mai to punish Luke if you see him whiffing long-recovery normals like his Crouching Heavy Punch.

Maintain a range where your fans are difficult to jump over, forcing Luke to spend Drive Gauge on Parries or Drive Rushes to get close.
- 0
Use your wall jump as a defensive escape tool, but be wary of Luke's jumping air-to-air attacks which have significant reach.

Hissatsu Shinobi-bachi can be used to punish Luke's heavy Flash Knuckle if he attempts to charge it within your striking range.
- 0
Spend Drive Gauge on OD Kachousen to win projectile wars, as the multiple hits can break through Luke's single-hit Sand Blast.
