- 0
Keep Alex at the tip of your standing heavy punch range to poke him safely without entering his Power Bomb range.
- 0
Plant a Psycho Mine as early as possible to limit Alex's offensive options and make his forward-moving specials much riskier.
- 0
Use Shadow Rise to bait Alex's anti-air attempts, then use the Devil Reverse to change your trajectory and punish his recovery.
- 0
Pressure Alex with Knee Press strings, but vary the timing to avoid being Perfect Parried or hit by his Flash Chop.
- 0
If Alex attempts a Slash Elbow from a distance, use Drive Impact to absorb the hit and land a full punish combo.
- 0
Utilize your Backfist Combo to check Alex's Drive Rush attempts, as it covers a significant horizontal area.
- 0
Be careful with Psycho Crusher against Alex; if he blocks it, he can often punish you with a command grab before you can recover.
- 0
Use Drive Reversal if Alex successfully gets inside and starts his Lariat pressure to push him back to your preferred fighting range.
