Use Flash Chop to control the mid-range and discourage Bison from walking forward or using his standing heavy punch.
- 0
Anti-air Bison's Shadow Rise and Head Press consistently with Air Knee Smash or a crouching heavy punch to prevent him from starting his aerial pressure.
- 0
Be cautious of the Psycho Mine; if Bison plants one on you, prioritize defense and avoid jumping, as he will look to trigger the explosion for a launch.
- 0
Use Slash Elbow to punish Bison's poorly spaced Knee Press, but be careful not to be predictable as it is vulnerable to Drive Impact.
- 0
Parry Bison's Psycho Crusher to avoid the significant Drive Gauge depletion and chip damage it causes on block.
- 0
After landing a Lariat, you have a strong mixup opportunity between a Power Bomb or a light attack string to catch jumps.
- 0
Use Drive Rush behind a light Flash Chop to close the distance quickly and force a guessing game on Bison's wakeup.
- 0
Watch for Bison's Backfist Combo in neutral; if he misses the follow-up, use your standing heavy kick to punish his recovery.
