Use Drive Parry consistently against Tiger Shots to preserve your Drive Gauge while closing the distance.
- 0
OD Dragonlash can be used to bypass low Tiger Shots, but be careful not to use it predictably against a Sagat ready to anti-air.
- 0
When Sagat is cornered, use Jinrai Kick sequences to keep him guessing, as his large hurtbox makes him susceptible to pressure.
- 0
Watch for Sagat's heavy Tiger Shots at mid-range; a well-timed Drive Impact can blow through the projectile for a full punish.
- 0
Maintain a strong anti-air presence with Shoryuken, as Sagat may use Tiger Knee or jumps to escape the corner.
- 0
Use Ken's standing medium kick to poke at Sagat's legs and interrupt his fireball startup if you are within range.
- 0
If Sagat relies on Tiger Uppercut to stop your pressure, bait it out with empty jumps or shimmying to land a Punish Counter.

Level 3 Super Art is an excellent tool for punishing a Tiger Shot from mid-range if you react to the startup animation.
