- 0
Use Hadoken cautiously at mid-range, as Luke's Sand Blast travels significantly faster and can punish your recovery if you are predictable.
- 0
Rely on Shoryuken for anti-airs, but remain aware that Luke can use air Flash Knuckle to stall his momentum and bait an early reversal.
- 0
Apply Jinrai Kick follow-ups to test Luke's defensive habits, but be wary of his Rising Rocket if you use the overhead or low extensions too often.
- 0
Use Drive Rush behind a heavy Hadoken to close the gap safely, forcing Luke to choose between blocking or using a costly invincible move.
- 0
Focus on Ken's target combos and run cancels to maximize corner carry, as Luke is much more manageable when his movement is restricted by the wall.
- 0
Parry Luke's long-range Sand Blasts to preserve your Drive Gauge and prevent him from whittling down your resources from afar.
- 0
Use Heavy Dragonlash Kick to bypass neutral, but be prepared for Luke to counter with a well-timed Crouching Fierce or a Perfect Parry.
- 0
Save your Level 3 Super for a guaranteed punish against a blocked Rising Rocket or a poorly spaced Avenger dash.
