Keep Alex away with Sunshots, varying the timing to make it difficult for him to time a jump-in or an armored Slash Elbow.
- 0
Use Sun Dive to alter your air trajectory, making Alex’s anti-air Air Knee Smash whiff and leaving him open for a punish.
- 0
Maintain a mid-range distance where you can poke Alex with long-reaching normals while staying just out of his Power Bomb range.
- 0
Drive Parry is crucial against Alex’s Slash Elbow, allowing you to recover quickly and start your own offense before he can grab.
- 0
If Alex uses Lariat, use your back-dash or a quick standing poke to interrupt his follow-up pressure and reset to neutral.
- 0
Use your mobility to bait Alex into committing to a heavy attack, then punish his recovery with a quick combo into Sunshine.
- 0
Watch your Drive Gauge carefully; Alex excels at burning opponents out, and Ingrid is very vulnerable without her defensive movement tools.
- 0
Utilize your Super Art if Alex tries to bully you with armored moves, as it can cut through his momentum and reset the field.
