Use Vertical Rolling Attack frequently to punish Rashid's frequent jumps and Eagle Spike attempts from the air.
- 0
Set up Blanka-chan dolls to limit Rashid's ground movement and force him into predictable jump paths that you can anti-air.
- 0
Be cautious with horizontal Rolling Attacks from a distance, as Rashid can use Arabian Cyclone to create a wind wall or punish with a fast Eagle Spike.
- 0
Utilize Coward Crouch to duck under Rashid's Whirlwind Shot projectiles and close the distance without taking chip damage.
- 0
Electric Thunder is an effective tool to stop Rashid's aggressive dash-ins and Arabian Skyhigh approaches if he gets too close.
- 0
Drive Impact is risky against Rashid's multi-hit moves like Spinning Mixer, so use it primarily as a counter-poke rather than a raw engagement tool.
- 0
In the corner, use Surprise Hop to escape Rashid's wind-enhanced pressure and reset the neutral game before he can set up his tornado.
- 0
When Rashid activates his Level 2 Super (Ysaar), use Blanka's mobility or high-reaching normals to navigate around the tornado rather than trying to block it.
