Vertical Blanka Ball is your best defense against Akuma's Demon Flip and air fireballs, allowing you to contest the air effectively.
- 0
Utilize Coward Crouch to duck under Akuma's high projectiles or to bait out a Shoryuken that you can punish upon his descent.
- 0
Set up Blanka-chan dolls to restrict Akuma's movement, making it harder for him to use his teleport or aggressive forward dashes.
- 0
Vary the strength of your Blanka Ball to bait Akuma into parrying early or attempting a punish that falls short.
- 0
Use Wild Hunt to catch Akuma if he becomes too defensive or relies heavily on Perfect Parry to deal with your rolling attacks.

Watch your Drive Gauge closely; Akuma's high damage potential means being in Burnout against him is extremely dangerous.
- 0
If Akuma uses his air fireball too predictably, use a forward dash or a slide to get underneath him and punish his recovery.
