Use Crack Shoot to hop over Luke's Sand Blast, but time it carefully to avoid being hit by his Rising Rocket anti-air.

Terry's standing Heavy Punch can trade or beat Luke's pokes if timed correctly, leading into high-damage target combos.

Watch for Luke's crouching Medium Kick into Drive Rush; use Terry's crouching Light Kick or standing Light Kick to check his approach.

Power Wave is slower than Sand Blast, so use it sparingly at mid-range to avoid being counter-poked by Luke's faster projectile.

If Luke relies on Flash Knuckle pressure, use Terry's invulnerable Rising Tackle to break through his sequence and take back your turn.

Terry's Burn Knuckle can punish Luke if he whiffs a heavy button, but ensure you use the light version to stay safer if blocked.

Use Drive Parry against Luke's Sand Blasts to preserve your Drive Gauge and look for a Perfect Parry opportunity to close the gap.

In close quarters, Terry's target combos can overwhelm Luke's defense, especially if you mix in throws and the overhead property of Crack Shoot.
