Vary the speed and height of your Tiger Shots to make it difficult for Zangief to time his Drive Parries or jumps.

Use standing heavy kick at maximum range to poke Zangief, as it keeps you outside of his command grab reach.

Be ready with Tiger Uppercut the moment Zangief jumps, as he relies on aerial approaches to bypass your zoning.
- 0
Use Drive Impact to counter Zangief's armored moves like Siberian Express if he tries to power through your projectiles.

If Zangief whiffs a Lariat while trying to catch your movement, punish him with a long-reaching standing normal into a special move.

Save your Level 3 Super Art to punish Zangief's slower recovery animations or to armor through his close-range pressure.
