Use Drive Parry to approach JP's ghosts, as this helps maintain your Drive Gauge while closing the distance safely.
- 0
Sand Blast is fast enough to trade favorably with JP's Torbalan or clear out ghosts before they can reach you.
- 0
Luke's Level 1 super is an excellent reactive tool to punish JP for summoning Departure portals or using Pierce at mid-range.
- 0
Use Drive Rush behind a Sand Blast to force JP into a defensive position and bypass his long-range pokes.
- 0
When JP teleports to a portal, use Luke's crouching medium punch or Rising Rocket to catch him immediately upon arrival.
- 0
Be patient against JP's zoning; jumping blindly often leads to getting caught by Triglav or JP's crouching heavy punch anti-air.
- 0
If JP uses OD Amnesia on wake-up, stay mobile or use a delayed strike to avoid the explosion while maintaining offensive pressure.
- 0
Luke's jumping heavy punch has a steep downward angle that can sometimes beat JP's anti-air timing if aimed at the top of his head.
