Use Triglav and Torbalan to keep Ryu at bay, but be cautious of his Denjin-charged Hadokens which can pierce through your standard projectiles.

Ryu's jump-ins lead to devastating combos; use your crouching heavy punch or Stribog to keep him grounded and reset the neutral.
- 0
Save OD Amnesia for when Ryu forces his way in with Drive Rush, but be wary as Ryu can easily bait it for a massive punish.
- 0
Set up Departure portals to limit Ryu's movement, forcing him to choose between blocking or risking a jump that you can anti-air.

Ryu's Hashogeki can drain your Drive Gauge quickly if blocked; prioritize using Perfect Parry or backdashing to preserve your resources.

Chamanade is an excellent tool for catching Ryu if he attempts to engage in a long-range fireball war, especially if he is charging Denjin.

Use standing heavy punch to poke Ryu at mid-range, but be mindful of his Shoryuken if you become too predictable with your pressure.

When Ryu uses Drive Rush behind a Hadoken, use OD Torbalan to stop his momentum and regain control of the screen space.
