Maintain a consistent Sonic Boom presence to limit Elena's ability to dance around the screen and build her own momentum.
- 0
Keep your down-charge ready at all times to punish Elena's floaty jumps and divekicks with a reliable Flash Kick.
- 0
Use standing heavy kick to check Elena's forward-moving pokes, as your range can often match her long-reaching legs.
- 0
If Elena has access to her Healing Super Art, increase your aggression to ensure she never has the space or time to recover health safely.
- 0
Watch for Elena's slide; it can go under your Booms, so be ready to punish the recovery with a quick low button if she misses the spacing.
- 0
Utilize Sonic Blade to create a stationary hazard that forces Elena to commit to a specific movement option that you can then read and punish.
- 0
Be careful with Drive Impact, as Elena's multi-hit kick strings can potentially break through the armor if you are too predictable.
- 0
Focus on burning out Elena's Drive Gauge with heavy projectiles, as she relies heavily on Drive Rush for her most dangerous approach options.
